Accounting Manager

*** Purpose of Role



Primary responsibility included overseeing day to day operations and reporting of the Financial and Accounting department for a school in Hanoi, including building up the business budgeting and managing cash position and investments, ensuring that the books and records are accurate and compliance with regulations and management requirement and in respect to accounting and financial reporting.



To liaise closely with other managers, internal and external and report to Regional Finance Director.

*** ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes...

• Prepare, review, and analyze both statutory financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Ensure the company having strict compliance in term of corporate governance; tax and other finance/accounting related requirements

• Prepare management reports and financial information requested by Management

• Assist in the preparation and perform variance analysis of annual budgets and business plans

• Monitor cash flow and cash flow forecast on regular basis

• Advise management and individuals regarding the tax regulation

• Build up financial and accounting policies, assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

• Maintain constant communication with banks/ Tax and State agencies and clients

• Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively

• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals

• Manage and coach accounting staffs to comply with internal policies and maximize the use of any relevant financial information and applications

• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Finance Director.
