JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Consulting - Accounting Services
Position: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of Accounting and Tax consulting:
• Manage accounting services in accordance to quality procedure;
• Manage, assign professional team and propose the appropriate human resource plan;
• Make a periodically working plan and manage the work progress according to the
approved plan;
• Review accounting books, Financial Statements and other reports related to Taxes and
Insurance from accounting senior before sending them to customers and submitting to
State authorities;
• Summarize, monitor work progress, report to Board of Manager and solve problems
may cause;
• Participate in the process of performing service contracts, Tax accounting consulting;
• Keep and improve relationship, create contact point via KPM and clients and potential
clients;
• Advise on Financial and Tax case study as client's requirement, report the work
progress with the client during the working process;
• Perform other duties as required by related manager.

Requirements:
• Graduated in Accounting, Finance and Auditing;
• More than 4 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing. At least 1 year in the same
required position;
• Active and high pressure ability is appropriate;
• Strong teamwork and communicate skill;
• Expert in accounting software: Misa, Fast, Smartpro, and others;
• Preference candidates with accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
