Management of the Accounting department.
Assures company compliance with policies & procedures.
Development and implementation of operational indicators to measure and follow up the company's performances.
Responsible for company tax and legal aspects (VAT, corporate Tax...)
Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Check all Monthly Finance Reports.
Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Provide guidance and training to other Accountants
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
Follow up all Shareholder loan and report to Sate Bank of Viet Nam.
Reply to all emails about anything related to accounting.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related area.
At least 5 years experience in similar role.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (Sun systems and Misa).
Language: Good at English
