Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement Vietnam HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, insurance and compensation structures.
• Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Organize and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and PIT reporting.
Accounting:
• Act as Chief Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and monthly closing in compliance with VAS.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Manage and prepare AP payments weekly. Ensure documents are all in place and matched.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounting records.
• Register long-term loan with the State Bank of Vietnam.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings: VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory reports.
• Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and auditors for inspections and audits.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and systems.
• Assist to implement SAGE 300 accounting system locally.
• Manage and guide junior staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry or organizational size.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, tax rules and VAS.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAGE will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of VAT, PIT, CIT, and statutory filing requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
• Hold a valid Chief Accountant Certificate in Vietnam.

Basic salary: 8,000,000 VND plus sales commission based on performance, with a total income up to 20-25 million VND per month.
