Accounting Operation & Tax Manager - Temporary in 9 MonthsUrgent job

The Accounting Operations Manager (AM) will be responsible monitor the quality, effectiveness & compliance of local accounting & financial report, taxation to ensure all accounting processes are complied with internal control rules as well as Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS), IFRS and local authorities that support to company's business operations legally.
Accounting Operations
• Review and perform control Account Payable processes, ensure payment is accurate and timely.
• Review all monthly accounting journals related to Financial Statements.
• Review and perform control as all Tax processes.
• Ensure invoices are issued correctly and money collection is on time to have enough cashflow for Company operations.
Financial Reporting & Closing and Year End Audit
• Ensure accurate and timely month/quarter/year-end closing processes (group management reporting and local tax & statutory requirements).
• Ensure the management / financial reporting is well prepared and submitted to the company / Group based on the requirement.
Compliance gatekeeper
• Manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and ensure the business complies with legislative requirements related to Finance (statutory, reporting, tax, etc.).
• To ensure the sufficient financial control in place, and accounting staff understand the changing needs of the company.
Integrate new accounting systems
• Support Group Engineering team to install, test and deliver SAP and other related systems to Vietnam.
• Lead teams to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
• Others ad-hoc task as needed.
