Mô tả Công việc
• Supervise accounting team's day-to-day operations
• Provide accounting staffs with guidance on Client(s)'s complex technical accounting issues when arise
• Manage team to deliver high service quality standard to meet client expectations and budgetary requirements
• Develop and enforce quality control processes based on international best practice
• Develop and participate in executing training and development plan for accounting staffs
• Develop department's SLAs and execution plan for staffs to follow through
• Participate in setting up KPIs for Team Leads and staffs
• Actively and continuously review department's personnel and work with HR for recruitment requests
• May be required to act as temporary back-up staff when turnover occurs
• Have a deep knowledge on each client account and be able to provide clients with solutions to make their accounting processes more efficient
• Maintain active communication with clients by email, meeting...
• Involve in Company's sales & marketing initiatives and assist Growth department in new client's pitching process
• Work with newly acquired Client to develop execution plan (task list, HR requirements...) during new account transition process
• Develop and maintain professional networks and client relations.
• Promote the Company's brand at all opportunities both internally and externally.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduates in Accounting and/or Auditing and/or Finance.
• Have experience or knowledge of all accounting processes: AR, AP, Payroll, Month-end Closing...
• Have at least 3 years of experience leading accounting/finance team of 5 and above
• Have at least over 7 years of experience working in Accounting or related fields
• Have CPA, ACCA or equivalent recognized professional qualifications is a plus
• Have experience working in BPO industry is a plus
• Good analytical skill, self-driven and persuasive.
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Ability to follow strict deadlines and work under pressure.
• Have good knowledge of different international accounting systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in Vietnamese and English.
• Team leader with good management skill and ability to multitask.
• Can-do attitude and highly committed.
• Capable of supporting and mentoring employees.
