Accounting Supervisor

* Job Purpose
Accounting Supervisor will work closely with Assistant Finance Manager and Operation Supervisors to ensure effectiveness activities of Accounting and Warehouse Department including organization, procedures, processes, financial system set up
* Job responsibilities
1 Financial accounting
• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and group requirements.
• Review asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries including checking all related documents to make sure that they are proper recorded and monitored
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Prepare financial reporting to comply with local law and regulation and group accounting policies
• Coordinates with other departments, group internal auditors and external auditors and external parties.
2 Tax Specialist
• Prepare tax declaration and finalization (CIT, FCT)
• Maintain compliance for all matters related to Tax.
• Work closely with tax advisor to address and reduce the potential risks for the Company.
• To be a key contact person with the Tax Department
3 Perform other job related tasks as assigned.
