Job Description:
Daily Task
- Create and review transaction and management reports of customer assets.
- Perform daily operations for stock settlement and end-of-day system processing.
- Handle deposits and withdrawals of funds.
- Create settlement reports and daily/monthly statements.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Work with the front office and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Monthly/yearly task
- Check the accuracy, rationality, and effectiveness of accounting documents. Perform accounting treatment of transactions occurring in accounting software.
- Create, print, store, and preserve tax invoices in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare tax reports for all types of taxes applicable to the company: Prepare quarterly VAT and personal income tax returns.
- Compare tax reporting data with general accounting.
- Submit tax reports to the tax authorities within the prescribed deadlines and directly coordinate with them in case of issues.
- Prepare financial statements, corporate and personal income tax final reports.
- Collaborate with the admin to manage the payment of social insurance premiums.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
