Main role:
Responsible for overall company Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Ensure to collect money and recognize revenue accuracy and on time.
Take responsible for booking all kind of expenses on right classification.
Detail Job:
Account Receivable
Receive proforma invoice and commercial invoice from relating departments then update to customers' statement of account to request their payment.
Monitor accounts receivable customer's statement of account.
Prepare the weekly account receivable's collective plan and request payment from customers.
Investigate and resolve customers' queries relating to receivable amount.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and customer's statement of account to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted, verify, and investigate discrepancies.
Calculate sales commission.
Head up CFO, Director on any overdue payment from customers.
Account Payable
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable, expenses based on VAT invoice (relating to all services).
Reconcile the accounts payable, accrual ledger (relating to all services) to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted, verify, and investigate discrepancies.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Account Receivable ‐ Collect money on accuracy and timely manner.
Account Payable
‐ Collect all VAT invoice, customs declaration and booking on time.
‐ Classify rightly all kind of expenses based on their nature.
