Mô tả công việc

1/ Ad Operation:
- Daily optimization and management of campaigns, handle reports for AdOp team (traffic, screenshot, tracking,...), creative (banner), monitor campaigns from all platforms such as Adnetwork, Programmatic,...
- Ensure timely and accurate ad trafficking according to campaign specifications.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and related departments such as trading teams to understand customer requirements and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and coordinate with tech team when there is any issue with the ads.
- Assist with ad inventory management and placement optimization.
2/ Product Assistant:
- Support the PM with research to explore new advertising and product ideas
- Work with designers and engineers to develop and launch new ad formats.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize ad product performance.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
Others:
- Study & practise to fully understand and know how to use ad platforms effectively.
- Study and update knowledge of digital marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology, English, and the digital market in Vietnam.
- Responsible to complete courses which are assigned by higher-level managers.
- Participate to other related projects or tasks based on requirement of company.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with popular ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) a plus.
Basic knowledge of browsers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript... is an advantage.
English communication skills are an advantage.
