Mô tả công việc
- Prepare administrative reports to support Operations team (damage report, nearly expiry report, free gifts, return-to-vendor, ready-to-clear ...)
- Consolidate and create manual orders (produce, meat, bakery,...) or ad-hoc orders for promotion sales or special sales.
- Extract necessary operational reports and inform to stores for taking actions (change price, minus stock, GIT, ...)
- Serve as point of contact between function departments and stores to coordinate daily operations tasks (e.g. HR paper works, invoices, and other documentations, ...)
- Calculate monthly sales incentives for stores
- Reconcile sales and transaction between BSM VPOS system and partner system (Grab/Shopee/...)
- Booking meeting room and making meeting minutes;
- Other tasks is assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications;
- Basic English and Vietnamese, both in written and spoken.
- Personal quality such as integrity, high level of accuracy, good time management
- Have at least 1 years of experience in data processing, admin
- Excellent skills for MS office software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
- Ability to work within Cross functional teams
