Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist

Reception role (30%):
Ensure to keep the reception area clean, tidy and professional at all time
Welcome guests and visitors
Answer phone calls in a timely manner (within 3 rings)
Manage office postal letters/documents/packages
Administration role (70%):
Office management
Maintain the workability for the office
Arrange logistics for employees including business travel arrangement (included air ticket booking, hotel booking...), meeting arrangement etc
Applying for visas, passports, work permits, resident cards for expat employees
Assisting expat employees in issues relating to their living in Vietnam
Consolidate and ordering break meals based on daily attendance
Controlling stock and issuing office supplies, uniform and stationery
Assisting the Admin Manager in monitoring the operation of canteen service, cleaning service and security service
Arranging car schedules, monitoring rented vehicles' movement for payment purpose
Collaborate with HR Team to support all company events, internal parties or other events that helps inspiring employees
Assisting other departments in admin-related jobs when deem necessary, ensure internal service that maximally support employees to complete their jobs
Monthly report updates about all costs and expenses for admin budgets
Other relevant task assigned by Manager
