- Perform administrative tasks at the project site office.
- Manage project assets, office supplies, and logistics.
- Manage, organize, and control project documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support project operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the
Project Manager.
• Graduated from University in related majors (law, business administration, labor management, administrative management)
• At least 1 years of experience of the same position;
• Having work experience for foreign construction companies and construction site experience is an advantage;
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook...)
• Excellent organizational skill & Multi-tasking skill;
• Working independently with detail-oriented skill;
• Good communication, teamwork skill;
• Honest, hard-working, active and creative.
