Procurement of items and materials within budget and timeline;
Organize all construction administration; liaise with clients, councils, certifiers, and contractors.
Search, contact suppliers, and compare quotations in the field of construction;
Monitor project progress;
Review contracts with suppliers;
Assist in the efficient delivery of sites and projects;
Regularly check email to ensure smooth work progress;
Coordinate with external parties, internal departments to organize meetings and other public events;
Review all documents from other departments before submitting to the manager for approval;
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation;
Handle administrative tasks to support manager's daily business;
Keeping and maintaining records of all installations, checking payment applications and submitting for approval; Daily progress report;
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong English skills, fluent English communication;
Experienced as a construction admin is an advantage;
Can understand drawing is an advantage;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner, a strong willingness to learn;
Being flexible, able to work independently in team and attention to detail.
