We have an opportunity for an experienced Admin Executive for Research & Consulting Services department. The primary focus of this role is on service quality, whilst ensuring efficient management. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting system:
+ Be accountable for weekly, monthly performance report: revenue, deal, client, org chart and adhoc reports
+ Manage the collections & billing
+ Control the revenue system to ensure proper data input
2. Database management:
+ Centralize and manage client data database to salesforce system
+ Build new client source and input into database
+ Collect raw data for real estate market
3. Service contracts:
+ Draft proposal
+ Draft contract & appendix, review, follow up to finalize contract
+ Prepare compliance paperwork
+ File all signed contracts, track their expiry dates and fees to ensure proper follow up process with clients for contract renewal before its dates
+ Manage the Compliance implementation within the team to get everyone strictly follow company policies and procedures
4. Other:
+ Follow up payment with client
+ Schedule flight, car and hotel for team site tour
