Accounting tasks:
Prepare payments for suppliers on schedule and in accordance with staff requests;
Follow up with suppliers on paperwork and VAT invoices;
Update the supplier database;
Collect and check all expense claims from staff members;
Manage cash in and out;
A single point of contact with the bank and accounting firm.
HR tasks:
Prepare, collect and file all documentation related to staff members in accordance with the laws and regulations;
Handle or coordinate with the agency on legal processes for staff members (Vietnamese and foreigners);
Keep track of leave days and coordinate with the accountant on monthly payroll preparation.
Administrative tasks:
Answer and route all incoming calls;
Prepare contracts, liquidation minutes, and VAT invoices for clients;
Purchase office supplies;
Purchase equipment for events when required;
Compile, update and file internal forms and documents;
Supervise the office equipment maintenance;
Make proposals to improve AsiaMotions' internal admin processes.
Yêu cầu
Language ability: Native Vietnamese speaker and fluent in English.
Technical ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required skills:
Well-organized and detail-oriented;
Trustworthy;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team;
Eager to learn.
Required experience: At least three years of experience in the relevant positions. A bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent field is required.
