We are seeking for proactive and detail-oriented department assistant to support operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various back-office tasks, events, training, and employee engagement activities.
Assists Line Manager in all administrative work as personal assistant.
Co-ordinates for department meetings, take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the department.
Control, manage, payment monthly for operations expense as: stationery, drinking water, courier express, utilities and other fees
Liaise with other departments regarding corporate issues and provide reports as required.
Work with cross-functional teams: Finance, Legal, Accounting, [protected info] update the changes to commercial team if any
Drafting and managing administrative documents related to business activities such as quotation, proposal, contract...
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions
Functional Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other Abilities
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Helpful and friendly demeanor
