Job description:
- Support in organizing internal activities, events, and engagement programs for employees.
- Assist the recruitment team: posting job ads, arranging interviews, and contacting candidates.
- Board Assistant tasks: assist Managers in booking flights and other related arrangements.
- Carry out administrative and HR tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Checking attendance, leave records, and basic HR procedures.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- Open to interns or fresher
- Preferably studied Human Resources, Business or related majors.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to create a positive and engaging atmosphere within the team.
- Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel).
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Minimum internship duration: 06 months.
- Work schedule: 05 days per week.
