Admin Officer

- Receive and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Be responsible for stationary, drinking water, car arrangement, sundries, tissues,....
- Handle to book the air ticket for sales man when they go to business or book flight ticket for customers when Sales department have events.
- Receive the PR for some items relate to stationery and facilities from some dept and proceed to check the quotation for it..
- Keep the checking with service supplier of the factory to maintain their service is best quality at all time.
- Receive all requests and complains from all department relate to facilities, internet, printer, wifi signal, computer, telephone line, forklift,[protected info] report to get the instruction from ADM to solve it.
- Buy fragrance oil, gasoline for grass-cutter, fertilizer for tree,....
- Arrange time to buy fruits and divide fruits for upstairs and downstairs area every Monday morning.
- Monitor the sundries cost and report for ADM every month for the payment.
- Assist to manage security team and cleaners.
- Arrange to saving suitable all legal document, fire fighting document, contract service,...
- Assist to book hotel for oversea guest when the have plan to visit the Vietnam factory.
- Assist to get the visa, residence card, work permit for expats at factory.
- Perform other related duties when requested by HODs.
