Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose: Lead and direct the implementation of HR policies and HR strategies; manage all HR and Admin day to day services to ensure its compliance with relevant legislations; client requirements; and the company policies.
- Business Partnering & Advisory:
"Engage and proactively partner with managers, HOD in understanding their business needs and provide
advisory and initiatives to improve effectiveness of HR services and programs in attracting, motivating,
retaining talents and manpower needed to achieve business goals"
"Coach, advise and support managers, HOD in the application of HR policies/practices and people/HR
issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure"
"Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions"
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
"Identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop and retain HR & Admin staff to ensure sufficient and qualified
resources to implement tasks as required"
"Manage staff performance and provide frequent constructive feedback for staff development"
"Manage interpersonal conflicts, promote collaboration and respect"
- Talent Acquisition:
"Analyse staffing level and projections, forecast workforce needs, understand skills and competencies
required for open positions"
"Oversee the end to end talent acquisition processes, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing,
selecting, new hire on-boarding and assimilation to ensure its effectiveness in providing timely qualified
talents and manpower"
"Ensure all accurate and updated Job descriptions in place"
- Performance Management
"Guide managers and employees in performance & development policy & programs"
"Monitor the end to end processes of performance management cycle from goals setting, growth
conversation, performance feedback and performance evaluation"
"Keep track of employee performance and individual development plan"
- Learning & Development :
"Work with Managers/ HOD to identify competency gap and skills gap, work with L&D team to develop
and design the learning & development activities to close the gap"
"Oversee the implementing training courses, programs and manage the training records"
- Employee Relations & Engagement
"Build & develop the employee relations network & programs: Recruiters, Team Leaders/ Managers/
HOD, Trade Union representatives"
"Work with Disciplinary Committee on disciplinary issues"
"Coordinate with CSR to organize staff activities such as team building, year-end party, other
engagement activities"
"Manage HR services helpdesk to ensure all employees' inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and
programs are responded and addressed timely and properly"
"Prepare reports and recommend initiatives to reduce absenteeism and turnover"
- Compensation and Benefits:
"Work with VGM & HOD on annual compensation review"
"Review and manage Payroll, PIT, annual PIT finalization, SIHIUI to ensure its accuracy, timely
payment and compliance"
"Manage employee benefits administration, insurance programs, annual health check"
- Compliance and Regulation:
"Work in partnership with Group HR to ensure alignment, coordination in HR project/policy/internal
labour regulation/process development and enhancement of information provision/services to
employees"
"Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources
functions and ensure policies, procedures, practices and reporting are in compliance"
- Employee Records, HR systems, Reporting and HR budget:
"Ensure all employee employment records and documents are archived properly in accordance with
the company policies and related regulations"
"Monitor HR metrics and workforce reporting"
"Prepare and manage budget of HR and Admin operations"
- General Affairs and Administration:
"Oversee & direct HR & Admin services including employment certificate, visa, TRC, work permit,
business trip arrangement, expatriation relocation and home leave assistance"
"Monitor other company general affairs and administration activities such as security, canteen,
housekeeping, on site medical assistance, office equipment & supply, transportation for staff and
management"
