-Based on order closing information from the
Business Development Department and
Purchasing Department, ADMIN has the role and responsibility to analyze, evaluate, evaluate information and create corresponding BUY and SELL Contracts to ensure Ensure BUYING & SELLING conditions are reasonable, harmonious, and standardized.
- Interact and discuss with customers and suppliers in implementing the signing of BUY and SELL contracts to ensure compliance with terms and signing time.
- Monitor and make payment requests to suppliers for BUY transactions and request payment from customers for SELL transactions, then submit to relevant Departments for review and the Board of Directors for approval.
- Through connecting with departments, colleagues, and partners, the organization coordinates Paper Work activities to be optimized, smooth, and standardized in content and form.
- Interact with the Board of Directors daily to upgrade skills, expertise, thinking and problem-solving skills; At the same time, seek approval from the Board of Directors in specific cases that personnel cannot or do not have enough authority to resolve.
- Understand the working process, coordination process with departments and partners, and problem solving process; From there, give suggestions and propose plans to build and perfect the working process of the ADMIN department every day.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly to the Board of Directors on Statistics, analysis in the form of data and administrative purposes for orders that have been, are being, and are expected to be implemented at the Company. ty.
- Actively explore, learn, and discuss with the Board of Directors every day and week to upgrade yourself in terms of thinking, knowledge, experience and outlook on life; aiming to upgrade the ADMIN profession to a professional level; thereby bringing significant contribution to the overall performance of the collective.
