The HR Admin Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the HR administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR administrative processes.
a. HR
Admin Office:
-Overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to ensure efficient operations across all departments.
-You will play a vital role in managing office procedures and implementing policies and systems to support the organization's objectives.
-Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow related to HR matters.
b. HR Projects:
-Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
-Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives such as office renovation, company event, and diversity & inclusion.
c. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
