Mô tả công việc
OBE Vietnam is now hiring for our new location in Tam Ky, Quang Nam province.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing HR functions, such as helping with recruitment, onboarding and supporting performance management processes.
- Aid in overseeing general administrative tasks, including ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, coordinating food services, and supporting security and reception services.
- Collaborate with external service providers, such as IT services and external accounting firms, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Some experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR and general administrative functions.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
