Administration cum Procurement Supervisor (Temporary in 6 Months)

• Researching potential vendors.
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
• Purchases all items by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
• Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen, establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
• Maintains continuity among departments and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Comply with individual responsibilities for health and safety in the workplace including taking action to reduce the risk to self and others and contributing to the maintenance of a health and safe working environment.
• Assist HRD in ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff and visitors.
• Ensure that all duties and services are provided in accordance with the Company's standards, policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
