About the job
This role will involve providing administrative support for the SEA region in a business aimed at maximizing Publisher revenue. This includes tasks such as month-end closing activities, as well as ongoing support for reporting. We welcome individuals with a strong aptitude for numeric work and a collaborative mind.
What You'll Do
Support the team through month-end closing tasks and administrative duties
Internal data review
Prepare monthly closing
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager (Mainly Data reporting)
Who You Are
Graduated from universities with BA/ Marketing
At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in finance or admin role(s).
Able to handle large amounts of data
Able to communicate in English
IT savvy and excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experienced with accounting software (NetSuite will be an advantage)
Organized, meticulous, and strong initiative
An energetic and self-motivated quick learner
Can do it attitude
