Mô tả công việc
- Manage office leases and office fixed assets, negotiate for the best deals in procuring leases and fixed assets, and enforcing Company policies on assets management.
- Give support in organizing smooth and faultless office relocation/renovation when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the daily work of contractors and cleaners to ensure smooth operations of office systems as well as office cleanness and tidiness
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
- Analyze operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Support employees in travel arrangement such as transportation, accommodation, visa, etc...
- Negotiate with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc... to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
- Organize and manage schedule for General Director.
- Other tasks assigned by General Directors or other manager.

Yêu cầu
- Proficient in English
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position(Preferred experience of working in Korean company)
- University or College degree(No preferred field of study)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational and planning skill.
- Ability to work independently or in team under high pressure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position(Preferred experience of working in Korean company)
