1. Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies inventory and ensuring smooth functioning of office equipment.
2. Handle scheduling tasks for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) for management or team members.
3. Prepare, edit, and format official documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
4. Serve as a primary point of contact, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate staff.
5. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and compliance with data management policies.

I. Core Competency Requirements
1.Business Competence: Possess the ability to develop clients, identify customer needs, conduct business negotiations, and close deals successfully. Capable of independently achieving sales targets; have experience and methods in maintaining existing clients and expanding new client resources.
2. Communication and Expression Skills: Demonstrate clear and logical oral expression in Chinese, enabling the accurate delivery of product/service value. Be good at listening to customer needs, efficiently addressing customer inquiries, and have strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication abilities.
3. Market Insight Ability: Able to conduct basic analysis of industry trends and competitors' situations, adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback, and quickly adapt to market changes.
II. Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: Generally requires a high school diploma or above; no restriction on majors.
- Experience Requirements:
- Fresh graduates / Candidates with no relevant experience: Acceptable, but must have strong learning ability and sales willingness. Some companies will provide systematic training.
