1. HR Module Coordination: Take full charge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & performance management, employee relations, and training & development. Establish a human resource system suitable for the company's development and address key talent retention and organizational effectiveness issues.
2. Administrative Affairs Management: Oversee logistics support, fixed asset management, and the implementation of administrative systems (such as attendance and business travel). Ensure the smooth daily operation of the company.
3. Team & System Development: Manage the HR and administration team, set team goals and training plans. Sort out and optimize HR and administrative related systems to ensure compliance and execution efficiency.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Respond to the needs of business departments and provide HR solutions (such as staffing and performance coaching). Coordinate internal and external resources to handle administrative emergency matters (such as office facility failures and sudden logistics issues).
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Psychology.
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of human resource management experience, including at least 2 years of team management experience; priority will be given to candidates with HR manager work experience in the same industry or large and medium-sized enterprises.
3. Professional Competence: Proficient in all HR modules including recruitment, compensation & performance, employee relations, and training; familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the Labor Law; capable of independently establishing or optimizing the human resource system.
4. Comprehensive Qualities: Possess strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and pressure resistance; have good team management ability and strategic thinking; able to provide HR support in line with the company's
business development needs.

The contribution rates and procedures shall be implemented in strict accordance with the latest regulations of the Vietnamese government.

Rights and Interests Protection: After employees are employed and meet the statutory conditions, they can enjoy corresponding social insurance benefits (such as medical expense reimbursement, retirement pension accumulation, unemployment benefits, etc.). Social insurance premiums shall be jointly borne by the company and employees in accordance with the statutory proportions.
3. Compliance Statement: All the company's operations related to social insurance are in line with the requirements of the local labor administrative departments in Vietnam, so as to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of employees are fully protected.
