Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Office administrative
o Ensure day-to-day basic activities in the office will be operated smoothly, including office maintenance, office facilities, safety, cleanliness & security.
o Fulfill office supply needs, inventory, purchasing.
o Maintain and manage vendors with efficiency.
o Support onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated (including but not limited to name card, Laptop, ...).
o Be a main contact to work with travel agents for air ticket booking for all departments and with service agent to support expats in arranging all legal administrative documents: visa, work permit, temporary resident card.
o Support preparing contract and perform payment for all office & HR expenses from vendor, payment, good receipt notes and tracking budget
• Event organization
o Involve in organizing employee engagement events including scheduled activities following to annual
planning which is supervised by Office Manager included but not limited of year-end party, company trip, occasion party.
o Internal communication: support in internal communication from company to employees through different platforms
• HR Assistant
o Consolidate and ensure related L&D reports are produced intime with high qualit.
o Ensure related templates and forms are well documented.
o Other tasks or projects as assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in equivalent.
• At least 1 year in Office Administrator or Assistant to Human Resources role.
• Knowledge in L&D or recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in English
• Good planning and organization
• Honest, enthusiastic, teamwork, multi-tasking abilities Skills
• Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Be able to communicate, assist and help employees at different level daily office operation.
• Strong capacity to manage transversally different suppliers /vendors.
• Ability to adapt and work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• At least 1 year in Office Administrator or Assistant to Human Resources role.
• Knowledge in L&D or recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in English
