• Manage the order process, including confirmations, tracking, and delivery, while ensuring ISO compliance.
• Update and maintain customer orders in the Business Report and Service Management System (Astea database).
• Provide logistical support and liaise with customers, factories, and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
