ADMISSION COUNSELOR
● Being a mentor and guide who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
● Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and making them understand how an upgrade can catalyze their career.
● Carrying weekly enrollment/ revenue and collection target.
● Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrad's model of online learning.
● Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
● Deep understanding of products and users to grow engagement and usage.

● Email marketing for all new products, content, partnership-related, success stories, and event-based announcements; eventually leading to personalized social media emails.
● Social media marketing across all channels and platforms through content management and production (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
● SEM/PPC optimization in Google analytics towards new subscribers in different regions at the right time of year with a deep understanding of the demographics and segmentation. Promoting benefits and product features.
● Manage and grow existing partnerships (software: Google, Edmodo, etc.) and formation of new partnerships and co-marketing efforts.
