Purpose of Role:
The Admissions Manager will lead and manage the admissions process to achieve enrollment targets. This role involves overseeing admissions procedures, ensuring customer-focused processes, and maintaining accurate group reporting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Process Management:
• Follow the ISP admissions process, ensuring relevant documentation and parent contracts are handled efficiently.
• Design and implement customer-focused admissions processes to facilitate easy enrollment.
• Ensure accurate KPI reporting for regional and central use.
2. Student Recruitment and Enrollment:
• Ensure that enrollment targets are challenging yet achievable based on local evidence.
• Lead active student recruitment efforts to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Use CRM effectively to manage recruitment data and customer follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and current parents and students.
3. Outreach and B2B Partnerships:
• Develop Outreach Programs: Establish and manage outreach initiatives to engage with community organizations, educational consultants, and local businesses to enhance the school's visibility and attract prospective students.
• Build B2B Partnerships: Create and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to foster collaboration, sponsorships, and joint marketing efforts that support enrollment objectives.
• Network and Represent: Represent the school at relevant networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to build and maintain relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
4. Internal and External Collaboration:
• Lead annual admissions planning sessions and support budgeting with recruitment and sales data.
• Represent the school at student recruitment and outreach events as required.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with staff to support admissions activities.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Educated to Degree/Master level.
• Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in the Education & Sales industry is advantageous.
Language Skills:
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
