VIN NEXUS CENTER - A HOLISTIC EDUCATION MODEL DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
Vin Nexus Center is a non-profit special education school model invested in and developed by Vingroup in collaboration with the Vinschool Education System, established to respond to the growing and underserved needs of children with special educational needs in Vietnam. We provide a safe, compassionate, and purpose-built educational environment where every learner is supported through early identification, multidisciplinary assessment, evidence-based intervention,
and personalised learning pathways. Our approach is designed to remove barriers to education and expand equitable opportunities for children and families.
Vin Nexus Center is expected to launch its first campus in September 2026 at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Hung Yen. As we prepare for this important milestone, we are looking for a Admissions & Marketing Manager to join us and play a key role in setting up the campus for a successful opening.
Work location: Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Van Giang, Hung Yen.
I - JOB DESCRIPTION
1 - Admissions & Customer Care
Coordinate admission arrangements as per the approved plan, including allocating admission quotas for subordinate officers and ensuring the achievement of the established targets.
Contact potential customers using the existing data.
Work with the Marketing Department to organize admissions fairs and parent workshops.
Provide consultation for and convince students to enroll
Coordinate with the Board of Management to implement enrollment procedures and activities targeting new students, ensuring accuracy and admission progress.
Propose ideas on admission campaigns and strategies.
Monitor and evaluate how customer requests are received and handled (requests could be made in person, via email or telephone), ensuring that response is provided within the prescribed time limit; manage the call center and regularly check call recordings for the purpose of quality control.
Organize and supervise crucial customer care operations.
Oversee the implementation of customer surveys, synthesize and analyze areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Board of Management to address customer feedback and enhance service quality for a higher rate of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular checks and evaluations to assess the service and work quality of the department and propose solutions for enhanced service quality, ensuring that all services provided to customers meet the school's standards.
2 - PR & Marketing
Develop PR and Marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's business goals and vision.
Create budgets and allocate resources to effectively execute the approved PR Marketing plans.
Collect, synthesize, analyze, and evaluate market data and insights from customers, and provide recommendations and proposals.
Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and report on Marketing activities, suggesting improvements and enhancements.
Manage and be responsible for communication channels directed towards parents and students. This includes activities such as press releases, website content development, managing forums, and maintaining fan pages on social media.
Manage the company's image and maintain the consistency of its brand identity.
II - REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, Marketing or other economic related fields, with years of studying abroad.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing/PR/admission/customer service/customer care assuming similar positions.
Experience in education or knowledge-driven organizations is preferred. Interest in or familiarity with special education is an advantage.
Proficiency in all 04 English language skills.
Good communication skills.
