The Admissions Officer is a critical member of student support at Sydney Institute of Higher Education (SIHE). The primary purpose of the Admissions Officer is:
- providing the highest quality of admissions services,
- information and referral services to prospective students and agents,
- delivering a seamless and streamlined admissions services, student application processing,
- generating Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) documentation,
- generating reports on the status of applications and enrolments,
- handling potential and current student enquiries and enrolment service to support a commencing student's positive transition to higher education study.
This role is also responsible for contributing to continuous improvement supporting the development and maintenance of processes and procedures designed to maximise customer and student satisfaction.
