You will be responsible for supporting an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child's first day at school, thereby maximizing the conversion of leads into new starters.
KEY RESULT AREA
Guide parents and students through the admissions process
- Ensure a positive, smooth, and engaging journey from enquiry to enrolment
- Respond to enquiries within 3 hours during the working week with clear, professional communication
- Maintain attention to detail and deliver warm, personalised interactions
- Create memorable, tailored experiences for each family
Build an understanding of each family's needs and interests
- Use active listening and effective questioning to identify expectations
- Tailor approach and solutions based on individual needs
- Build rapport, handle objections, and respond to buying signals
- Support recruitment events and engagement activities
Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline
- Convert enquiries into school visits, visits into applications, and applications into enrolments
- Conduct personalised school tours for individuals and groups
- Support application, assessment, and onboarding processes efficiently
- Follow up with inactive leads and close them appropriately while keeping future opportunities open
Ensure the school's brand and core messages are integrated
- Communicate the school's unique value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Promote global opportunities and educational strengths
- Align offerings with the needs of parents and students
Support the Admissions Manager in re-enrolment and retention
- Assist in identifying eligible and at-risk families
- Support retention strategies and re-enrolment processes
- Encourage parent advocacy, referrals, and positive engagement
Implement admissions processes in line with policies
- Follow group standards and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance at all stages of the admissions journey
Manage data capture and lead tracking systems
- Update leads in iSAMs/CRM within required timelines
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records after each interaction
- Ensure compliance with data management standards
Provide feedback and share best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a whole-school admissions approach
- Contribute ideas and share best practices to improve performance
Take a proactive approach to personal development
- Own and implement a clear personal development plan
- Seek and provide constructive feedback regularly
- Support team objectives and perform additional assigned duties

Yêu cầu
Qualifications / Training
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience / Knowledge/ Skills
- Minimum 2 years working in a sales or service delivery sector
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
- Experience of working with a CRM and / or IMS
