About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Affiliate & KOC Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing ecosystem across multiple consumer electronics brands. You will be the in-house specialist responsible for affiliate recruitment, campaign execution, creator management, performance tracking, budget control, and cross-functional coordination-with a primary focus on TikTok Shop (TTS).
Your mission is to expand our creator network, drive sustainable GMV/NMV growth through affiliate channels, and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns.
Responsibilities
Your core mission is to plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies, manage creator relationships, optimize performance against sales targets, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success.
1. Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
Recruit, onboard, and develop KOC/KOL/Affiliate creators across various platforms.
Identify high-potential creators for long-term strategic collaboration.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with affiliate partners.
Monitor individual creator performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute both mega affiliate campaigns and always-on affiliate activities.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all necessary campaign materials/assets are ready prior to launch.
Select and match suitable creators for each specific campaign, product line, and target audience.
Prepare detailed campaign briefs, negotiate campaign scope and commercial terms, follow up on deliverables, and ensure strict on-time execution.
Support creators with content direction and continuously optimize campaign performance.
3. Budget & Performance Management
Manage affiliate budgets, commission structures, booking fees, pricing strategies, vouchers, and campaign mechanics.
Track and analyze daily/campaign performance metrics, including GMV, NMV, Orders, ROAS, Top Creators, and Top SKU performance.
Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and provide actionable optimization recommendations based on data insights.
4. Affiliate Operations Management
Coordinate sample management, product details, pricing, vouchers, promotions, stock availability, and marketing assets for all affiliate campaigns.
Maintain and update affiliate tracking sheets, operational documentation, and workflow files.
Set up and manage TikTok Shop (TTS) affiliate campaigns, platform promotions, and official campaign participations.
5. Video & Livestream Coordination
Collaborate with creators and internal production teams to execute video and livestream affiliate campaigns.
Coordinate video production schedules, campaign assets, creative materials, and product technical information.
Monitor video and livestream performance in real time and suggest immediate optimization improvements.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, E-commerce, Production, Warehouse, Admin, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely payouts.
Support overall affiliate strategy and business growth initiatives across all assigned brands.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOC/KOL Management, or Booking, ideally within Consumer Electronics, Appliances, or E-commerce. Strong focus and direct operational experience on TikTok Shop (TTS) is a major advantage.
Proven track record in recruiting creators, negotiating commercial terms, briefing content, and tracking affiliate ROI/ROAS.
Deep understanding of TTS affiliate mechanisms, commission setups, campaign tools, and platform promotions.
Strong data analytical skills-capable of tracking GMV, NMV, conversion rates, and ROI to derive actionable insights.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High ownership mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace / Lark (especially Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting).

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00-1:30 PM)
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (WFH option at manager's discretion)
