Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Outreach & Relationship Management
- Proactive Acquisition: Drive end-to-end outreach to identify, negotiate, and onboard top-tier and micro-creators specializing in live streams and shoppable short-form videos.
- Network Utilization: Leverage existing e-commerce and creator network relationships to scale affiliate partner acquisition rapidly.
- Negotiation & Communication: deliver English proposal presentation and have the 'Win-the-Creator' mindset.
2. Strategy, Presentations & Market Intelligence
- Proposal Development: Create compelling, data-driven partnership decks and proposals to pitch creators of different tiers.
- US Market Research: Continuously monitor US e-commerce consumer trends, viral product formats, competitor commission structures, and platform shifts.
3. Analytics & Decision-Making
- Database Management: Maintain and organize creator outreach databases to track conversion funnels, response rates, and pipeline health.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and creator retention rates to double down on high-performing segments.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Make real-time decisions on product sampling strategies, commission tweaks based on performance metrics.

Expertise
- E-Commerce Mastery: Proven track record in affiliate marketing, social commerce, and influencer marketing (familiarity with US live stream selling formats is a huge plus).
- Communication & Negotiation: Native or fluent English skills with high emotional intelligence and persuasive negotiation tactics.
- Existing Network: Established roster of US creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Database & Analytics: Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, affiliate platforms, CRM tracking tools, and data interpretation.
- Logical Thinking: Ability to systematically diagnose drop-offs in outreach funnels and optimize pitch angles.
- Decision-Making: Comfortable making fast, autonomous calls under tight deadlines.
