Hunting: Proactively search for TikTok creators (KOLs/KOCs) who match our product's vibe and brand image.

Analyzing: Use cool data tools to identify creators with real followers, high engagement, and strong selling potential.
数据分析: 利用高效的数据工具,识别拥有真实粉丝、高互动率且具备强大带货潜力的创作者。
Learning: Keep an eye on competitors to spot new faces and trending partnership styles.
持续学习/市场观察: 密切关注竞争对手,挖掘新面孔并发现流行的合作模式。
2. Outreach & Negotiation
外联与谈判
Connecting: Directly reach out to target creators via TikTok DM, Zalo, or WhatsApp to invite them for collaboration.
沟通对接: 通过 TikTok 私信、Zalo 或 WhatsApp 直接联系目标创作者,邀请其进行合作。
Negotiating: Discuss partnership models, such as commission-based, free samples, or fixed fees.

Sample Tracking: Coordinate sample shipments and follow up with creators for unboxing videos once they receive the products.

Reviewing: Follow up on posting schedules and review videos to ensure they highlight the product's best features correctly.

Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Chinese language.
商务、市场营销、传媒或中文等相关专业的大四在校生或应届毕业生。
Communication Skills: Confident and tactful in communication and negotiation (especially via DM and phone calls).
沟通能力: 沟通与谈判时表现自信且得体(尤其是通过私信和电话沟通)。
Language Skills: Chinese at HSK 5 or above
语言能力: 要求 HSK 5 级及以上水平。
