Job Description Summary: The position shall include the following (but not limited to). You are requested to lead a team for taking responsibility in all activities which related to installation, commissioning, warranty and maintenance for all projects. It is required effectively coordination and cooperation with other functional teams (sales, logistics...) to ensure our competitive edge on service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and customer service-related activities involve the installation and commissioning of poultry, layer and pig housing equipment and Environmental solutions.
• Managing a team of 20+ staff
• Project forecasting for upcoming projects and installations includes the responsibility for planning and allocating resources and if required, the securing of resources within the Asia BD group of companies.
• Planning preventive maintenance and spare parts delivery and purchase.
• Responsible for inspection and successful execution on all projects and installations with the ability to regularly track and report project status.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate project management verification techniques.
• Responsible for monitoring the necessary documents required for the technicians for upcoming installation and commissioning jobs.
• Maintain and update records of assembly projects and installations.
• Supporting and developing strategic plans to ensure our competitive edge on services.
• Implement + and monitoring for technical hotline, Farm Health Assessment initiative and Customer care and Spare part selling initiative.
Yêu cầu
Qualification and Education Requirements:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering/Construction Management or any other equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 8 years' proven experience in After Sales project management in building construction or infrastructure industry, equipment.
3. Strong project management skills with project management certification.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and change management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
6. Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with customers and internally across various departments.
7. Strong leadership and coaching skills with evidence of building, retaining and motivating a high performance team.
8. Able to travel within the Asia region.

• Regional Directors of Customer Service
• Sales supporting team (drawing, quotation, logistic...) in Malaysia, Philippines, China, Thailand and Germany.
• Local team of different functions: sales support, sales, logistics, finance, HR...
• Managers in BD Pig & Poultry, Egg Asia and BD International.
• Managing Director
External:
• Technical departments of Clients.
• Management of clients.
• Third parties and Contractors
OTHER FUNCTION
• Other Function: To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management.
