Mô tả công việc

• Follow up with other departments to receive information to do reparation, installation, handing-over machine to customer.
• Display a positive demeanor and respect to all internal and external customers
• Provide technical assistance, emergency services when required, to promote the use of products
• Follow up all the sales/rental machines contracts with Preventive maintenance
• Act as a technical consultant to the Sales and Marketing Team on quality/technical issues
• Interact with national customers about quality issues and provide technical feedback/ action on time.
• Monitor machine performance and failure trends
• Other tasks are given by line manager

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Technology
• At least 1 years experienced at the same position in Coffee Machines
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to investigate and analyze problems, make sound judgments and solve problems in a timely fashion.
• Developing and implementing annual business plan for the sales department; and performing other tasks as needed.
• Good command of English in writing & speaking
