Job Description:
Assist the Agency Development Manager in executing plans to expand the agency network.
Search, screen, and approach potential partners to develop new agencies.
Support training and onboarding processes for newly recruited agencies.
Monitor agency performance, prepare reports, and propose improvement strategies.
Assist in building commission policies, incentive programs, and bonus schemes for agencies.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle agency inquiries and issues.
Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, documents, and agency data.
2. Requirements:
College or university degree in International Business, suppy chain, Logistics, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (able to read documents, write emails, and communicate at a basic professional level).
Experience in agency development or partner network management is a plus.

Salary: 9 -14 mill Bonus
