Qualification and Experience Requirement
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, sales operations, or
digital marketing.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, FMCG, e-commerce, or digital platform businesses is preferred.
• Exposure to online sales models, social commerce, livestream selling, affiliate marketing, or creator economy ecosystems is a plus.
Skills
• Proficiency in digital content creation, KV design, video editing, and social media page management. Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced PowerPoint, report-level Excel) with a basic understanding of PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills, event organization experience, public speaking experience.
• Agile, quick learner, and highly resilient under pressure. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
