One of leading real estate developers is open a position as Agency Sales Manager to appoint for their new project in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
JOB PURPOSE
To provide high level assistance to the Sales and Marketing Director.
• You are responsible for all day to day operations of the sales gallery, which includes but not limited to managing and leading the onsite SPG team.
• You will have a strong marketing and event background and will take responsibility for managing and delivering onsite and off-site VIP, product launches and ongoing sales events.
• You will be a link between the developer and master agency for marketing Co-Ordination.
• You will be responsible for distribution of leads and will grow and manage all key sales channels, while
• reporting on all internal and external channel and lead performance.
Report to: Sales Director in Australia & Regional Sales Director in Viet Nam
Location: Gold Coast, Australia
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assistance to the Sales and Marketing Director
o Manage and coordinate meetings between key internal and external consultants.
o Prepare, review and distribute agendas, presentations and reports.
o Create and manage all internal processes for the Australian S&M team, Legal team, the Sales Gallery, and sales channels.
o Short list, interview, lead and manage all direct reports within the S&M team.
o Develop, co-ordinate and deliver all onsite and offsite sales events.
o Attend meetings and speak on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Director.
• Sales Gallery operations
o Be the face of the developer and ensure that the brand is always seen in a positive light.
o Develop and maintain all workplace policies and procedures.
o Lead and manage all onsite employee's, consultants and channel partners.
o Ensure that the sales gallery is seen as and presented as the most exclusive destination for customers, channels and affiliates.
• Channel Co-ordination and lead management
o Foster strong relationships inline with the developers strategic plan and develop, manage and implement all policies and procedures relating to the ongoing relationship and performance of the Master
o Agents, channel partners and affiliates.
o Provide personal insight and recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Director on performance of channels and affiliates.
• Distribute all leads and provide high-level, regular reporting on the performance and conversion of leads.
o Event Management and Marketing co-ordination
o Develop and deliver premium, flawless onsite and offsite events that showcase the brand, the development and the product inline with the developers expectations.
o Co-ordinate, deliver and communicate aspects of the marketing campaign as directed.
o Ensure that the development is well represented with marketing material among local affiliates
QUALIFICATIONS
o High level understanding of real estate markets and customer needs, especially in Gold Coast
o Managing sales agencies
