Job Description
• Own the AI content pipeline end to end for brands: scripting, generation, assembly and post, from brief to publishable asset, including bitesize, snackable & full-length content types.
• Lead mini drama production: episode structure, AI generation workflow, continuity, assembly and delivery.
• Own the production economics. Report cost per asset, assets per week and brief-to-live time every cycle, and drive all three in the right direction as volume grows.
• Build and maintain the production stack: model and tool selection, prompt and workflow libraries, versioned so that output is repeatable.
