• Own the AI workflow roadmap and capability backlog for the Creative team - decide what gets built, validated, and scaled based on business impact
• Guide and develop AI Creative Workflow
Designers - ensure each member delivers end-to-end workflow ownership for their assigned output types
• Validate and approve AI workflows before handoff to the Production team
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities relevant to Creative operations
• Report AI adoption progress and productivity outcomes to Creative Manager
• 4-6 years of experience in creative, design, or related field - with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI workflows in a real work context - not just tool familiarity
• Strong strategic thinking - able to prioritize what matters and translate business objectives into executable roadmaps
• Sufficient design understanding to validate creative output quality
• Clear communicator - comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience in e-commerce,
digital marketing, or performance creative is a plus
