Lead and build the company's AI, Data, and Automation capabilities from the ground up - establishing data foundations, governance, and enterprise integration, and delivering high-impact data products, AI solutions, and workflow/RPA automation that drive measurable business outcomes across the manufacturing ecosystem.
I. Key Responsibilities
1) Roadmap & Portfolio
• Define and execute the enterprise AI, Data & Automation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Establish prioritization frameworks, success metrics (KPI/ROI), and track value delivery.
• Manage the AI/Data initiative portfolio and ensure consistent delivery quality.
2) Data Foundation & Integration (SAP/MES/IIoT)
• Own the end-to-end target data architecture (ingestion → storage → transformation → serving → BI/AI) across SAP/MES/IIoT sources.
• Deliver governed data products (data marts, data warehouse, data lake or lakehouse outputs, and semantic/KPI layer) to standardize definitions and reporting ("single source of truth").
• Drive data standards and alignment, including master data and key manufacturing logic (e.g., timestamp/shift/calendar, line/work center mapping, defect/downtime codes, and data modeling/SQL logic).
3) Governance, Quality & Compliance
• Establish lightweight but strict governance: data classification, access control, audit logging, glossary/catalog, and data quality rules.
• Work with IT and relevant teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
4) AI Enablement (Practical & Controlled)
• Lead practical AI/analytics initiatives with baselines, testing, monitoring, retraining policies, and fallback plans.
• Ensure safe adoption (role-based access, logging, and human-in-the-loop controls where needed).
5) Workflow / RPA Program
• Oversee workflow/RPA initiatives to reduce manual work and cycle time; ensure monitoring, runbooks, incident handling, and change management.
6) Leadership
• Lead and coach the AI & Data team; establish an operating rhythm (intake, sprint/release, dependency management with SAP/MES teams).
• Manage vendors and external partners when required.
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years in data/analytics, digital manufacturing, or enterprise platform delivery; experience leading cross-functional delivery is required.
• Practical understanding of applied AI and AI assistants/agents in manufacturing/enterprise settings (evaluation, monitoring, and risk controls); experience with AI-based products/services is a plus.
• Experience with workflow/RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading end-to-end delivery, managing scope/timeline/resources, and driving execution across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Possible day travel to factories
