The AI Engineer at our company is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to meet client needs. This includes designing and refining prompts for cutting-edge generative AI tools, conducting comprehensive testing of AI-generated outputs, and providing prompt engineering support for AI-powered products and services. The AI Engineer will be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, LLM, and ML technologies and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's AI engineering capabilities.
What you'll be performing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and refine prompts for generative AI tools such as OpenAI's GPT-4 to optimize their performance in addressing specific use cases.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet the desired quality, accuracy, and relevance criteria.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM, and ML technologies to identify opportunities for prompt optimization and enhancements.
- Monitor and assess the performance of AI-driven solutions in production, and proactively address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide prompt engineering support for AI-powered products and services, addressing client feedback and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for AI prompt engineering processes, best practices, and solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's AI engineering capabilities, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues.

Yêu cầu
We are looking for you if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in coding or software engineering related fields.
- Practical Experience in applying ML models.
- Proficient in Python and common AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Langchain, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with OpenAI's GPT-based models and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience in end-to-end AI solution development, from prompt design to deployment and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and related fields.
