Strong expertise in GPU/CPU architecture and hardware integration.
Experience with AI accelerators (NVIDIA/AMD/NPUs).
Deep knowledge of small-form-factor server or workstation design.
Proficiency with high-speed networking (1G/10G/25G).
Experience with NVMe SSD arrays and high-throughput storage systems.
Advanced understanding of thermal engineering:
Liquid cooling
Cooling plates / heat exchangers
Airflow design and thermal modelling
Strong skills with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, server environments).
Experience with Proxmox, virtualization, LXC/Docker, and system optimisation.
Ability to tune BIOS/UEFI, firmware, and low-level hardware settings.
Ability to design or review custom PCB layouts (preferred).
Knowledge of power management, electrical safety, and load balancing.
Experience building hardware prototypes and working with fabrication teams.
Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex integration issues.
