Role Description The AI Lecturer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves designing and delivering lectures, workshops, and hands-on labs on topics such as machine learning, generative AI, data-driven decision-making, and responsible AI practices. The AI Lecturer will develop curricula and learning materials, create practical case studies based on real enterprise use cases, and assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
The role includes collaborating with internal AI, data, and engineering teams to ensure training content reflects current industry tools and best practices, and mentoring learners on how to apply AI in real-world business contexts. The AI Lecturer will also contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as internal seminars, client education programs, and public events, helping position EON TECH as a trusted authority in AI adoption.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in AI and data disciplines, such as machine learning, deep learning, data science, and analytics, with practical experience applying these in business or technical environments.
Demonstrated teaching, training, or curriculum development experience, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with major cloud and AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and interest in keeping up to date with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead interactive sessions, support learner engagement, and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple courses or projects simultaneously, and adapt content to varied skill levels and business needs.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced degrees or recognized certifications in AI or cloud platforms are advantageous.
Prior experience in industry-focused education, corporate training, or professional development programs is beneficial, especially within technology or consulting environments.
