Role Description The AI Workflows Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role focuses on analyzing business processes and designing practical AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Daily tasks include mapping existing workflows, identifying opportunities for AI automation, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating operational needs into clear AI workflow specifications.
The role also involves researching and evaluating AI tools and capabilities, designing workflow logic, testing AI-enabled processes, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and operations. The AI Workflows Analyst will also support client discussions, gather feedback, monitor workflow performance, and continuously refine AI solutions to ensure they deliver measurable business value.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and Process Design, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts, including familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or AI automation workflows.
Ability to analyze existing workflows and translate business requirements into structured AI workflow logic, use cases, and implementation requirements.
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and clients.
Comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools; experience with workflow automation or visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to conduct AI tool and technology research, compare potential solutions, and evaluate their suitability for specific business use cases.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to workflow documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in AI, automation, cloud technologies, and digital transformation, with a willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and adapt quickly to changing business and technology requirements.
Prior experience with AI projects, workflow automation, business process improvement, or LLM-based applications is a plus.
